Jesus never showed up. I was outside and I saw him drive by my house and kept going and never came back or called. So please do not charge me for this service.

I'm not happy with service tech Mychael from A&E Sears. Sears is sourced out through my insurance company Bodwell. He didn't properly diagnosis my GE Profile unit. Only one part was ordered ( blower). Heating component was one of many issues. This would have been properly diagnosis by taking the top part off and viewing what was not working properly. I did inform him of this issue. This did not happen. Another tech name Jose ( nice and professional) came and properly stated blower not the issue , but the entire heat module which need to be ordered after removing parts to see what was the problem. Another delay. A week and a half later the correct part arrived. Another tech was schedule in the morning, but they changed back to the original tech (Mychael). I called my insurance company who transferred me to A&E Sears and informed them of the problem with this tech. Everything noted on this issue.They informed me to deny this tech and they will reschedule a new service. No call back . Another delay. I put in a call to my insurance company (Bodwell) and because order was closed, a new scheduled appointment needed to be open. I have been without a proper working machine for three weeks.Very frustrating!

Overpriced parts and labor. Lack of clear and accurate communication. Part (small valve) costs $20 on Amazon but they charged $110 and it wasn’t even in stock with Sears in spite of it being a common part in repairs. It took three visits over a week to finally get the problem resolved. Only about an hour of time actually doing the repair but I was charged over $300 for labor! We were given 2 hour windows for each of the three visits but the repair person did not once show up in that window or even close to it. He promised to make us first appointment if the day on the last visit but he did not show up until midafternoon. With zero communication about him changing his schedule or when he would actually show up. And in the end the repairman did not reinstall the kick plate so we have to call them back to finish the job. Overall very disappointing! Follow-up to this review: Your billing charges are completely ludicrous! I recently had a simple repair which I could have done myself for under $50 but you charged me nearly $500 to do. And after all that the technician left the kick late unattached and sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor. When I called to complain to get the job finished, I got the Sam technician scheduled to come back for this simple fix that he should have done in the first place. And you sent me a “authorized work order” which I did NOT sign for over $300!!! The order was to complete a simple reattachment of the kick plate which should have been done when the repairman was here previously. To try and charge me over $300 for finishing a previous job left unfinished—and for which I was already considerably overcharged is shameful on your part. I did NOT sign this authorization!!!!!! When the tech did not show up on time I just figured out how to do the reattachment myself and canceled the appointment. But you still sent me a bill for over $300 for an appointment that was cancelled and for something I already paid for in the initial repair. My experience with your company has been so awful that I will NEVER use your services again nor will I recommend to others. Shame on you for trying to scam your customers And by the way the phone number you provided for customer service does not work. It’s just a menu with endless loops that do not get you easily to a live agent. Furthermore your chat bot is completely useless as there is no way to get to a live agent there either. Terrible company!!!

I’m very disappointed with the service provided by the Sears technician. I scheduled a repair for my refrigerator, which has been leaking for two weeks. The technician claims to have come to my home, but no one ever knocked on the door, called, texted, or left any sort of message to notify me they were outside. I waited for the appointment and received no communication, which is completely unacceptable. This lack of basic professionalism has only prolonged the issue with my refrigerator. I expect better service and accountability from Sears.

My LG washtower needs repaired. I know its the drain pump. And the tech they sent out knows its the drain pump. But the sticker with the serial and model number has someone disappeared, and so without he said "there is nothing he can do". We waited weeks for this appt. NO one ever said without the model number our technicians are clueless and have NO way of knowing what part to get. This is a machine that is less than 7 years old, probably 5 years old. There can't be that many diffeent pumps that fits it. He seeemd green and under educagted in the field. I will be considering canceling my warranty with Sears Home. I am severely disappointed. He couldn't even give me a direct number to ANYONE to get manager level assistance beyond him.

Extremely Disappointed with Sears Service. I recently had a very frustrating experience with Sears regarding a diagnostic and repair for my noisy fridge. Here's a summary of what happened: * I called Sears to schedule a diagnostic appointment for my fridge. The appointment was set with a window of 8 AM to 12 PM * I received multiple texts confirming the appointment and a call from Sears and the technician on the day of the appointment. * The technician arrived diagnosed the issue and order the necessary parts. I paid for the parts in labor up front. * I was informed that the parts would be shipped to my home and that I would receive a tracking number. I was also told to unplug the fridge the morning before the next scheduled appointment. * I received texts about the shipment as well as a text the day before the appointment confirming it and asking for my confirmation. * I called the series to confirm the appointment and received another text confirming my confirmation with the same 8 AM to 12 PM window. * On the scheduled day I received no call text or visit from the technician after waiting for 5 hours I called Sears and was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled because I didn't call to confirm the part's arrival. I was not informed about the need to call upon parts arrival and was not provided a number 2 call according to the texts Sears knew I had received the parts. * This resulted in another day without a fridge and no respect for the 5 hours I had to take off from work. * I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication Sear's part. The technician was fine but everything else was not. I am seeking compensation of a $175 for my lost time. This experience has been very frustrating and I hope Sears addresses these issues promptly. I should also mention the holding time of over 49 minutes on one call and speaking to 5 people in 4 different departments. I have emailed Sears with my experience and my request for compensation I have also mailed off a letter to the quote only spoke to a supervisor today who assured me it would be escalated let's see what happens! P.S. Ruben, the technician, was professional and respected my request to use a pair of booties over his shoes, which I provided. He even offered to remove his boots. In a household where we don't wear shoes in the house, this was very much appreciated.
