Thank you very much Andre for taking the time to explain and show me how to use the machine properly. I was still using the same amounts of detergent like I did growing up. I will make the adjustments to 1-3 tablespoons and NOT CUPS of detergent and stop using dryer sheets. I learned a lot about it's functions since I assumed all washing machines were the same.
