technician Constantine was very good but dealing with Sears these days is so complicated and unpleasant. Sears used to be a top notch service and applicance provider but since their buyout, the service and customer care has declined dramatically.

Victor knew exactly what the problem was when my husband showed him the video of what the washing machine was doing that caused us to call for repair. He fixed it and showed us it was working before he left our home.
