Mychael was terrific, communicated everything that was wrong and was so quick with the repair! We really appreciate his help. There is one concern for not being able to have any kind of warranty or the fact that there is no commercial warranty available for businesses. We have another office with 4 washer and dryer units under warranty and for our second location we are being told we cannot even purchase one on a minimal policy unless its for a home. Despite not being able to have help from the warranty department, Mychael was the only one able to help us out today and for his help we are very grateful. 5 Stars to Mychael!!

He replaced the part and instructed me when the fridge should be cold. The repairman was professional and he knew the product. However, as far as the Sears warranty program I rate it an "F." If you are thinking about this warranty program, please don't purchase. You do better putting the money in a rainy day saving account for a future repair or another refrigerator.
