He replaced the part and instructed me when the fridge should be cold. The repairman was professional and he knew the product. However, as far as the Sears warranty program I rate it an "F." If you are thinking about this warranty program, please don't purchase. You do better putting the money in a rainy day saving account for a future repair or another refrigerator.

The repair man assign to me was wonderful…it’s your customer service that’s horrible and can’t resolve a case to save their lives. Do better Sears…repairman Armondo was amazing! My first visit was May 9th and the parts are no longer available and I’ve been calling ever week since then and have gotten the run around and told someone would contact me in 3-5 days each time I call! No one has called me! Not one person! I have kids in my home and need my washer! I’m extremely disappointed and I filed a complaint with the BBB as enough is enough! Sears had such a superior name in the appliance game until now, I’m not sure what change, but this is not the same Sears I was raised on. This is not the same Sears my mom would rave about back in the day. Then you want to offer me $299 to find a replacement front load washer…I just received that message today after all these weeks I wonder why? Are you serious? They start at $500 and up. All to say I’m disappointed in the customer service provided by Sears Home Protect!

Technician is very good at what he’s trying to do. This refrigerator has been serviced so many times by your company and just not being repaired I don’t believe it can be repaired and it seems as though your company doesn’t want to replace it. I’ve had your service for years there should be no issues in replacing it. I have auto pay every month for years don’t understand what the problem is. Just keep paying and nothing gets resolved?
