Enrique was courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done to fix my Samsung freezer issue. He passed on his knowledge of how to avoid the problem from occurring in the future. I really appreciated the call ahead to let me know his arrival time. He kept his word on the timing, showing up when he said he would. Very happy with the repair experience, but frustrated with the parent company due to communication phone prompt issues. Overall, I would recommend them. Great technicians are hard to find these days.
