Technician excellent but customer experience with user interface horrendous. No way to talk to a human. Waited all day for tech to show. Never did. App continually provided misinformation. Would avoid if alternate available.

He told me the duct is working properly, but the he said it's not important to know why the lint catcher is empty. I know this: Wherever the lint is going, IT CAN START A FIRE! He also said if I buy new duct I have to install it myself, Sears will not. I told him Sears has always done it for me in the past.

Sears cancelled the refrigerator repair visit 3x with no explanation for the cancellation. I only received text messages stating the visit was rescheduled with a date and time that Sears chose. I agreed and waited 3x with no one to show up. I could only speak with the automated customer service which would not provide a email address or direct number to a live service agent. I had horrible service with Sears refrigerator repair about a year ago just thought they’d do better.

Horrible customer communication. Impossible to speak to an actual human being. SEARS canceled my appointment three times before they finally showed up. Thankfully, I got a very good technician who fixed the problem. That was JOSE and I would give him five stars, but I would give SEARS negative 100 stars. When you are paying for a master protection plan… The very least SEARS can provide would be someone to actually speak to… Especially when people don’t show up!

He did everything wrong, he would not turn the medhine on. My washer is top loading, he gave for a front loading machine diagnosis. He asked for $129.00, for doing nothing. I think I should be refunded. I am over 80 years old. I and my family always shopped at Sears. All my life. I am broken 💔 hearted this happened. I had to purchase new machine. I think I deserve my refund. I always purchased Sears maintenance agreement too. Last one was in 2023 for 2 years. You sent none Sears repairmen in personal cars. My husband was so disappointed. Sorry this happened I will miss you 😔. I still love ❤️ Sears. Good bye 👋 😪.

This was an extremely frustrating experience. I don’t recommend this service provider. They are now completely automated by AI, so if you have any issues that need to be addressed, you’re out of luck. They took my fee and then essentially slammed the door in my face because theres no way to contact any kind of customer support. Even sent messages on Facebook and instagram. Terrible. If this is the future of customer service, I hate it.
