Horrible experience to date, had a refrigerator for repair they came out 09/6/24 and “ordered parts”, my next appointment was 09/23/24, on 09/22/24 (Sunday) they cancelled my appointment. Til this day they have not repaired and they have no reason to why, but they did charge my card $598.04.. they won’t provide a receipt or refund and they don’t have the parts. HORRIBLE to get ahold of. The tech was super nice but their whole process is not great. Stay away.

This was the single l, worst experience dealing with Sears Warranty on my fairly new washer, I have EVER experienced with any appliance I’ve ever owned. It was a GE washer. But the repairmen who come out and “fix” it, came out over 8 times, constantly ordering new parts and those happened to be the wrong parts (which they then kept) - my washer broke on April 24 and I reported it right away. It finally got fixed after 8 visits, 12 cancellations and 3 months later. I spent a fortune at the laundromat during this time. Literally the worst, scammers - and it’s all AI generated - there’s no one to speak to when you’re trying to reach someone to sort the problem out - Run, Run, Run - buy a washer from anyone but Sears and their scam artist warranty service. They billed my warranty far more than the washer was worth. I have never been so disappointed or put out as this awful Sears Washer Warranty. Someone should investigate the fraud

Worse experience dealing with Sears and getting my washer fixed EVER!! It took 3 months and multiple incompetent repairman - constantly ordering the wrong parts, breaking things that weren’t broken. It was the most frustrating experience I’ve ever dealt with on a product and it’s all AI

Ruben was confused and exactly what to do after he noticed that it was going to be a big job he talked his way out. Unfortunately with a consumers are paying for his lack of competence. Sears is not anymore the way is used to be I already called customer service they couldn't help me neither.

I'm not happy with service tech Mychael from A&E Sears. Sears is sourced out through my insurance company Bodwell. He didn't properly diagnosis my GE Profile unit. Only one part was ordered ( blower). Heating component was one of many issues. This would have been properly diagnosis by taking the top part off and viewing what was not working properly. I did inform him of this issue. This did not happen. Another tech name Jose ( nice and professional) came and properly stated blower not the issue , but the entire heat module which need to be ordered after removing parts to see what was the problem. Another delay. A week and a half later the correct part arrived. Another tech was schedule in the morning, but they changed back to the original tech (Mychael). I called my insurance company who transferred me to A&E Sears and informed them of the problem with this tech. Everything noted on this issue.They informed me to deny this tech and they will reschedule a new service. No call back . Another delay. I put in a call to my insurance company (Bodwell) and because order was closed, a new scheduled appointment needed to be open. I have been without a proper working machine for three weeks.Very frustrating!
