Came to check for a stove leak, there was no leak but he left me with a stove problem that he is charging me $400.+ to fix .

SALVADOR was very rude and condescending. He did not answer and of the questions I had and did not resolve the issue. He was training another representative and I feel that he was showing him the wrong way to communicate and work with the public. I pay to much for this service to have staff that come out and not provide service.

The technician who came out today on November 1st was late. Was discourteous and illiterate.. he gave the manager of his department to completely wrong information and then refuse to allow me to talk to the manager he left the property without doing the repair and no manager has gotten in touch with me I will never use your services again

Great technician. The computer/scheduling was the worst I have ever experienced. No way to talk to a person. AI chat ALWAYS froze at the same point. Emails came telling me to confirm my appointment and didn’t have any button to confirm. I got emails, phone calls and texts, but the scheduler couldn’t find me in the system. Altogether terrible.

Per my tenant,Technician was a no show. But he called me with a fabricated report as if he had made a repair visit.☹️☹️☹️
