IThis review is for the dishwasher. The rating should be excellent in that he identified the problem, but did not have time to fix it. Dishwasher doesw not work at all and repairman needs to return.

After 4 visit the repairman was unable to find the cause of the problem. infact he made it made it worse, now my ice maker does not work. The repair man was very nice and also suggested to sent out a supervisor. After 4 tries I gave up on Sears. Carol Hooper

Fred provided outstanding service--I needed a part, he arranged to have it delivered to the appliance location the next morning and arranged for Khaled to come that afternoon and install it. Excellent job by both. But Fred was outstanding.
