We've used Sears Repair for many repairs over the years. So easy--you can book on line. Efficient--not only do they give you a window, but you can get e-alerts and the technician calls when he's on the way. Competent--technician knows what he's doing and came with the appropriate part. Pressure--tried to sell us warranty, but took "no thank you" for my answer. Price--$99 to come out which I understand. You get what you pay for--excellent service.

The repairman was one we had seen before and he is very knowledgeable. The refrigerator continues to be a problem as the doors must be constantly check to insure that they are closed (no magnets anymore), especially the right refrigerator door.
