Tech's were knowledgeable and promptly repaired the washer. The tech from home warranty just turned on the cold water and left. I do not want to renew the home protection contract

This was a repair The technician came once, but did not have the part on his truck, because he was not told by Sears what I needed. He ordered the part which arrived at my home, and we made another appointment. He was very accommodating, great, and very professional. I gave him the part and he was done in a couple of minutes!

6 times and the washer was still broken. you don't have 1 good tech if you put all 5 together as one until Larry showed up. he was fantastic and knew what he was doing. thank you Larry.
