the technician was the best I've ever had with Sears. Good job hiring and keep the customer service this good, like it was 20 years ago, and I'll maybe keep buying Kenmore appliances when needed.

The tech got to my house first thing in the morning as requested and did his job quickly with out a mess. I did not have to kill my whole morning waiting around. Also, he gave us a few good tips on maintenance and filer changes
