We have been without a washer / dryer for approximately a month and had your repair techs out about 3 times during. Finally, Kent and another Senior Tech arrived to solve the recent issue. We appreciate their knowledge and timeliness on this most recent visit. Kent gets 5 stars. Hope the washer does well for awhile now.

I had to us AI to schedule two appointments. One for just a clean and check on my washer and the other to repair my dryer that was making an unusual noise. AI scheduled them at the same time indicating their agents would coordinate with each other. This morning AI texted me to say my appointment was cancelled as their technician wasn’t available. Come to find out the dryer repair guy made it and fixed my problem. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. I have no idea if the appointment I made will ever happen. Sears AI system has a TON of room for improvement. That experience was VERY disappointing.
