Repair guy said the stove wasn’t broken. … just needed cleaning the orface of the burner. Said the charge would be $50 for his labor (sticking a safety pin in the hole) in ADDITION to the $129 diagnostic fee. He said the fee is only for diagnosis Even though the website said the fee ‘would apply to any repairs that needed to be done.

Lucy was awesome! On time, friendly and knew what she was doing. She analyzed with a process of elimination to seek to resolve, and she did! And she ordered a part needed, came quickly back to install. Very knowledgeable and knows her job. First time I had a female appliance tech, and she did a great job!! Kudos to Sears for placing women in these fields.

Enrique the second tech is very knowledgeable and did a thorough assessment and fix the problems the first tech Noe didn't do a thorough assessment and he didn't fix the problem
