The Sears Technician was professional and friendly. He tried to fix our icemaker but we went with a new icemaker in the end. Which he had on his truck! Works perfectly. Just in time for the Fourth of July! I definitely will call Sears again!

After several prior and frustrating attempts to get my very expensive Maytag washer to work properly, Kim's technical know-how finally made it happen. I've always found it wise to pay for the extended warranty on an appliance and this proved to be well-founded. Before, Kim, several 'technicians' came, fooled, around, adjusted this and that (some even made adjustments that were, frankly, worthless), and the washer quickly returned to its loud, banging, moving-around-the-floor, shaking the house condition. It's been over a week now after Kim's repair and I am very pleased to say...'so far, so wonderful.' Thank You, Kim!
