After scheduling a service call, received multiple updates of when a technician would arrive. The technician (Barry) showed up as scheduled. He was polite and respectful of our home and property. Based on the description of the problem he was provided (refrigerator making a strange noise), he explained what was "most likely" causing the noise. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not making the noise when he arrived. An estimate was provided and authorized. His diagnoses was correct, ice build up on one of the fans. I would not hesitate calling Sears again for service on a home appliance.
