Service Technician was great. I had no problems with him. He was thorough and explained everything carefully. I have a problem with the phone rep who present this service to me. They quoted $50. I asked if the price for CLEANING and REPAIRING was really $50 and the individual assured me it was $50. Then I get emails saying it's actually $99. I called twice to find out what the price was and requested a correction be sent to me. I never received a text or email with the correct amount of $50. Technician came and he is going from his records and asking for $99. He finally called his supervisor. Again, the technician was the best. It is the individual that made the original presentation. Stove was not cleaned, but repairs were done. Refrigerator technician as well as stove technician were GREAT !!!!
