It only took 6 weeks to have a dishwasher fixed... The service guy was good tho. Unacceptable

Most places charge a fee for analysis but if you have them do the service and buy their parts the analysis fee is waived. I even asked this before I made the appointment from the Sears service department and they sais yes they did do that. THEY DID NOT! Not only was the analysis wrong but I still had to pay for it. Never using Sears again!

The technician confirmed the service repair, had the part on hand. The LD code was the issue. After four loads of laundry, the same error code came up LD and the machine would not advance to the rinse/spin cycle. Very frustrated. Lori Irving

Very poor service they did not fix the problem complety. Did not show for appointments. Had to go witout a refridgerator for 3 weeks.

THey have been trying to fix my washer for half a year now probably more and they still cant.

My experience with Sears Appliance Repair was less than satisfying. I was told a service representative would be at my house between 8 am and 12 noon requiring me to be home waiting for him. I returned early that morning from out of town so I would be home by 8 am in case he arrived early. At 11 am I received a call from the service representative telling me he was running late and would be at my house in an hour (12:00). He finally arrived at 1:30 pm and spent 10 minutes inspecting my refrigerator. He said his truck broke down and he had to get another one. The amount of waiting time was excessive and more communication would have been helpful.
