Basically, it makes me think twice about every having Sears Repair come to fix anything. I have to say the first technician that came out seemed very knowledgeable and he suggested we purchase parts but of course they are not covered under our "Sears Protection Agreement". My family decides to get the part because we were told it will help fix the machine. On 7/6, a new technician comes to do the repair and guess what they can't fix the problem due to the bolts being rusty and can't be removed So why wasn't that mentioned before we had to purchase the parts?? Now they will not take the parts back and we are out $183.76 and the lid of the machine is lifted and can't close. Called customer service to complain and get this resolved, and the response was "Sorry, we can't do anything to fix the problem and we are not returning your money" It's that so nice....the worst customer service EVER... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SEARS REPAIR, for the simple fact that they don't stand by the products or the brand that they recommend... Shame on you for screwing us over and not assisting a loyal customer for 40 plus years of buying Products and services.

Worst repair person ever. Tho the repair person was rude and disrespectful and will not be allowed in our home again. It's sad because we have purchased all our appliances from Sears.

A BIG WASTE OF A DAY OFF!!!!!!!!!

We waited weeks for the technician to come to replace one part. The dryer was not producing any heat. The part was replaced and we ran two loads and the dryer now no longer produces any heat.

Repair was a bandaid, not a repair. The problem is still there - I'll be calling to setup another repair request. If it can't be fixed, the fridge needs to be replaced "by Sears" per our agreement.

my washer is still not fixed...I had to call a plumer the following day as whatever the guy did to fix my washer didnt' and caused another problem with my washer. I had to pay 150.00 dollars to have the water shut off as the washer did not stop on it's own...a totally different problem from the beginning! I am awaiting for a part and I am schedule for a technician to come out this Wed 8/23 to fix my washer. So far I have had 3-people out to fix my "new" washer and still, I cannot use my washer. My washer is not even 2 years old! Highly frustrated and very very disappointed with Sears.

Four service calls later, three parts ordered and our ice maker is still leaking. I can't even give any stars. These technicians have no idea what they are doing. I will tell everyone I know to never buy a magor appliance from sears. Ever. I had to give one star in order to post but would prefer negative stars.

The repairman was great! However, Sears service leaves a LOT to be desired. From the initial call to the actual appointment was 3 weeks, and this was for a REFRIGERATOR! Loss of food was bad enough, but I also had to rent a refrigerator causing even more expense. THREE WEEKS to get a repairman out? No wonder Sears is going out of business!
