He was on time and very knowledgeable about what my problem was. He repaired it quickly and didn't make a big mess. When he Ieft I immediately ran a load of dishes and my dishwasher was back to its normal self. Very Happy with this experience.

I had an excellent experience with the repair of my Proform Programable Treadmill. The technician, Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. He readjusted and calibrated the Speed control. Everything has been working fine since then.

The repairman was fantastic, diagnosed potential problems and made a quote for service. He worked quickly and everything is great now. My only complaint would be that I made an appt for a window for 10-2 and he didn't make it until 4:15. They didn't call me or send a notification to tell me of the delay. I had to call them, which I didn't think to do until after 1. The website did have thever update time, but I would not have thought to look there to see if there was a delay.
