The Sears team is very reliable. I like their timely manner. They will give you a window time frame and keep you informed the day of your repair as to when they will arrive. They also did an excellent job on my repairs.

The technician that came to service my refrigerator was kind and respectful. He pulled the refrigerator out from the wall and did a complete check within the inside. He reset the temperature at the right level after completing a thorough check up. The refrigerator was placed back in its proper place..I was totally satisfied.
