Repair man was on-time, courteous and professional. He was deligegent and methodical diagnosising what was a difficult problem to find. He found the problem, fixed it which took almost taking the dryer completely apart and then thoroughly tested to ensure it works. After what is now two weeks we have had no problems. Highly recommend their service.

The repairman Sears sent to my house was wonderful . He was very knowledgable on what was wrong with my washer and was able to get it fixed . Sears has always been there to fix my washer , refrigerator or pull maintainance on my air conditioner . Thank You
