I was very pleased with this technician. He was prompt ; he soon analyzed the problem with my freezer and resolved the situation quickly and efficiently.

Wonderful & knowledgeable technician! Cleaning my dryer,he found a broken band. He then found the part s mile from my house,picked it up in about 15 minutes,and repaired it also,even though the service call eas for my washer! Explained alot to me about my insurance also.Great Job!

This particular tech was extremely professional. He fixed one of the problems and still stayed on the job until he located secondary problem that was intermittent. Most techs would have left after the first problem was solved and the machine was running. This tech actually believed the customer. The parts were on the truck, which I did not expect. It was a great experience to see a young man take his job seriously. I only hope Sear's keeps guy's like this and have them train more.
