Technician from initial appointment diagnosed issue correctly which was the control board on my Kenmore washer. Part was shipped to my house and Technician arrived two days later and installed within 15 minutes. It took over a week to get my washer back in working order but Sears Service Guys are always friendly, courteous and professional.
