I have never had a problem with Sears Repair until my recent experience. Sears repair was suppose to be at my house between the hours of 8am to 12 noon, the only problem I have is that if the repair person cannot make it within the time frame the customer should be notified. I did receive service at a later time but Leo was pleasant and serviced my washer and dryer.. Thank You Leo!
