First, I received his time coming for service. Right on time, he called me. Unfortunately, I was busy with other call, I ignored his call. He call me back, with no answer he call my other number. Then he text me to let me no he is in front of my house. After many try, he send me the email of sorry missing me, and advice me to reschedule. When I found out, I try to contact him with no hope, because I knew that he must move on for his schedule. 10 minutes later he call me back and tell me if I am OK to let him back to do the missing service. He is so friendly, not blame me any but always said he understood sometime some unusual thing might happen and go for his work. What a good professional work that he does his job and explained me and instructed me and tested and cleaned up, and keep not to be hurry leaving but make sure I was satisfy with the job. He is a wonderful and he was humble to say that is the spirit of his service team. I appreciate his work and have strong perception in his company. I would recommend this service company to everyone.

The technician was on time. He went right to work. Found the problem. Showed me the problem. Said he would be able to fix it right then. Friendly. Fixed the problem and I had the rest if my day to do whatever I wanted.

Technicians were great-arrived on schedule and were very fast in diagnosing the problem and then installing the new repair parts. The problem was scheduling the tech to install the part after it was sent to me. Took 2 calls and 3 live chats to get the installation scheduled.

Sears, a trusted name for appliance repair, they came through and fixed my LG Washer (I did not buy my washer at Sears, but they came anyway) their technician Justine was very personable and professional, he kept me informed on the process, my washer was fixed fast, and runs like new, I'm a happy customer from the ease of making an appointment online, text updates on arrival and also a chance to cancel or reschedule all in a text alert!
