The previous person did not fix the problem so we had to call again. Your Serviceman Jesus fixed the problem. Our refrigerator is working fine now.

The technician did an excellent job changing out the old oven ignitor and replacing it with a new one. As a result the over came on and reached the selected temperature so I though all was well. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the oven is still not working properly and will not hold the temperature. I scheduled another appointment but may cancel because it may cost more money than I am willing to spend given I already spent money on the ignitor repair. I was very pleased with the work performed by the service technician and how he explained everything he was doing to fix the oven. While working he placed a work blanket on the floor to catch any debris from the oven. Overall I was very pleased with the workmanship. It is just time to invest in a new oven. Thanks.

I was surprised two different techs came out; one for fridge and one for range & dishwasher. Both techs were timely, friendly and efficient. Both gave me suggestions on maintenance methods I could use.
