The repair itself took about five minutes. Scheduling the repair was sometimes difficult.

I was very pleased with the Service from the scheduling to the completion. The service performed was the troubleshooting of an error message on my Sole F80 treadmill--resulting in the replacement of the walking/running belt. I would have rated the experience 5 stars except for the fact the price of the Belt. The price was $500+ .... over 150% higher than one found online from a reputable Treadmill and Treadmill Parts retailer.

Tech arrived an hour past bracketed time allowed, but work was very well done. Cost was reasonable too.

They promised to be at my house between the hours of 8 and 12 PM. The technician called me at 10AM and told me he was going to be late, after 12PM. I was not happy about that but other than that I was satisfied with the work done on my dryer.

Good.

Usually same tech. No major problems, just all writing on stove top coming off Tech adresses issue, until next time
