My washer works great

The Technician was great and the part that was needed showed up in two days. The next day the technician was back installed the part, washing machine is working great.

The representative that came out was very professional. Getting the appointment, however, was a feat within itself ! Sears wasn't in coordination with the 3'rd party repair representatives so things were fowled up for months.

I couldn't have as for a better service. A and E repair service represent themselves well taking care of repairing all major Appliances. I give them a 4 star.

My AC is 6 years old . When the technician came & diagnosed, my AC is still in good condition. My AC wasn't working as I once thought. The technician advised me not to use any adapter at all. Just pluck it in the regular outlet.
