Technician was great and very knowledgeable. He explained what happened and process. Was not really happy with appointment time and updates. We were scheduled from 8 am to 12 pm, technician should up appropriately 12:45pm. We received no updated on delay or explanation for delay. I feel better communication would have been better.

He was not able to work on the range - I provided your AI assistant with the manufacture- Elmira Ironworks - but that was not shared with the technician. - so I paid $120+ only to be told it cannot be fixed
