He was very pleasant. He was very kind and very informative and very helpful. He professionally took care of the problem and I’m very happy the only thing I’m not happy with AI. I literally HATE not being able to talk to a HUMAN!!! Us old folks need human service!!!! Labor $299.00 EACH for both washer n dryer!!! Outrageous
