3 parts have already been replaced on my Samsung washer & still not working! Now a new part that is not available anymore needs ro be replaced. Is being too long weeks and I still have to be doing small loads and hearing the washer doing a big noise. So disappointed at the long process. And on the top they texted me saying the order was for another brand!! When they have already replaces 3 parts of the washer!

Sears is definitely not what it used to be my washer broke down on 3/17 I called my warranty and they dispatched Sears to complete the repair I received an appointment on 3/18 from 1-5pm and they showed up minutes before 5 the man came in inspected the unit and ordered a drain pump I received the part delivered by Amazon and was scheduled a second appointment on 3/23 from 1-5 and a total different technician showed up minutes till 5 and did absolutely nothing to the unit and claimed that the wrong part was ordered and ended up keeping my part and taking it with him he ordered another part was scheduled a 3rd appointment and a Saturday the technician never showed up after waiting for them all day was scheduled a 4th appointment and once again technician never showed up !!! Sears is unprofessional, incompetent and the customer service is horrible do your self a favor don’t buy anything from them !!!!!!!! The only technician that actually did his job was Jesse even though you couldn’t complete the job due to parts thank you for reaching out to me and updating my warranty company so I can move forward.

The motor went out on my fridge but I bought the extended warranty so this guy came out and said it was under Samsung warranty still so I had to go through Samsungs. I told him Samsung manufactured warranty is only one year, he said not on everything. Called Samsung But they said they warranty is only one year that I needed to use the extended warranty. I purchased so this lazy guy just didn’t wanna do the job cause it’s gonna be a lot of work. Haven’t had a working refrigerator for two weeks now I need to make another appointment with these people to have them come out again, which takes about a week for them to inspect it and tell me my motor went out and then they’re gonna need to order a motor, which is gonna take another week

They only use AI bots for customer service. Can't get a real person on the phone. The robot told me $99 to clean my dryer vent so I made an appt., then got a text saying $119 just for showing up. No idea how much the real cost would be. No easy way to find out. I cancelled my appt. TERRIBLE!

My built in refrigerator isn't dispensing water. The technician determined it is a plumbing issue and not the refrigerator. I asked him to leave the appliance out so the plumber I called could get to the water line. He ignored me. This technician was not friendly or helpful. The plumber charged me $200 to pull it out again. I will not call Sears again.

I decided to fix it myself after the repair man estimate $1,000 to fix my refrigerator. it didn't cost me a dime to repair it myself but it cost me $119 for him to come out for what reason?. I do believe he just didn't want to take the time it would take to repair it. I'm giving this guy a one rating. Very disappointed in Sears home services .
