I decided to fix it myself after the repair man estimate $1,000 to fix my refrigerator. it didn't cost me a dime to repair it myself but it cost me $119 for him to come out for what reason?. I do believe he just didn't want to take the time it would take to repair it. I'm giving this guy a one rating. Very disappointed in Sears home services .

Technician came out to replace a pulley and belt on my dryer that was ordered the previous week, he was so careless in moving both the washer and the dryer just banging them around… but when I get my load of laundry after the repair on the dryer, my washer flooded and now my floors are flooded and we can’t contact Sears to have the technician come back out and fix the problem that he created and now I have a ton of water clean off of the Flooded floor.

This once reputable company has been over run by AI and an incompetent phone service. The building is actually boarded up. The repair people are even having issues due to the AI system they have to organize and schedule appointments. This place needs to provide an actual physical location for their customers and have actual people their repairman can talk to in order to resolve any issues that may arise.

Texh was nice and explained everything. But I thought it'd be affordable. But he explained what needed to be done and it would take a few minutes. For that few minutes, minus part costing $95, it would've been $411.

If I could rate them a 0 I would.The technician not only was a no-show twice but he forged my signature on the service documents, stating the service was complete. So here I am for the third time trying to get my stove fixed u see the insurance that I pay for every month.
