Darren let me know he was coming. He got right to work. He tested it out and let me know it was going again. Great service! However, you need to go back to human people on your service line. Making an appointment on line works. However, you left no way to contact a human if there was a problem or question. I am NOT impressed with AI, which is very limited, takes too much time, and couldn’t handle what I wanted. Don’t depend on AI. You don’t have to program a person to get an answer that’s not on the list!
