Jerico is a huge asset to Sears. I wish Sears would have only sent their own repairmen instead of the men they contracted repairs to. Sears corporate has listened to advice that has ruined sears in my opinion. For example, I have been a faithful customer for decades, but as a result of the past two years, I closed my Sears account and won't be buying anymore appliances for myself or my apartment complex.
