The technician did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing my dishwasher. He answered all my questions and followed the process through until it was resolved. The part of this experience that I hated was the fact that it took a month before a tech was assigned to my job. I pay faithfully on my Sears home warranty service and expect to receive service on a reasonable timeline.

Patrick was quick and took the time to observe what the dryer was doing. Although it was the 4th time to have a repairman out, he assured me that he knew what was wrong based on the performance of the appliance. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I was only charged once, Sears stood by the 1st repair and didn't charge for additional calls related to the same issue.

Mr. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was comfortable with his explanation of my ice maker problem and successfully fixed it in a short time. My ice maker actually produced ice about 90 minutes after the technician finished the job. I highly recommend Nick and Sears repair services.
