A special thank you to Sears Appliance Technicians, Patrick and Joshua. First and foremost, to Joshua who was most instrumental in assisting me with understanding and navigating the new Sears Home Services system, and to Patrick for the actual repair of my Kenmore range. Both were very knowledgeable in terms the process and professional in carrying out the performance of their respective duties and related repairs. I find that Sears has undergone a number of operational changes that are user "unfriendly" in my view, making it nearly impossible to discuss and arrange for the repairs needed. Having the benefit of these two professionals was invaluable.
