I was very displeased by the service I received. It wasn’t all the fault technician but Sears automated system. It took 3 weeks for them to fix my oven; technician came saw he needed a part then left the entire oven disconnected. Sears rescheduled the appointment, I waited at the schedule times then waited after scheduled time. When I called for an update, I could not get an actual person on the phone, but the automatic system that kept saying I was past my time to reschedule. Sears canceled on me the three times until finally a technician came out an hour past the schedule times.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Sears due to missing both scheduled appointments. Yesterday I was scheduled from 8 to 12 I received notice around 10:45am they were unable to make the appointment. I rescheduled for today and they were 45 minutes passed my scheduled 8 to 12 window. American Home Shields sent Sears an incorrect service request which further made my experience disappointing. The technician expected to service a Washing Machine and not the dishwasher, so although he still tried to service my dishwasher he could determine or identify the problem.

Technician came out a month ago to service our LG dryer that wouldn’t come on or stopped randomly after coming on. I reported there was a burning smell associated with it stopping. He said it was because of the sensor and we should use the manual timed setting instead of the automatic setting. Charged for a service call but he didn’t do anything but turn it on and off. ( Of course it worked while he was here.) After he left, we vacuumed out the filter ourselves and it worked until today; same problem. Used them in the past with great success—not sure what happened.

We had a technician here would she say that he fixed the fridge? This is number four technician and they all say the same thing they got here in the morning work on the fridge for half an hour left fridge was working for only an hour and then it went back to the same position that it was before no ice no water no lighting no fresh no freezer properly. Something is wrong with the word they’re doing maybe they’re missing something. I don’t know what it is cause I don’t know anything about that type of work. I know something is wrong with their knowledge and this type of Service.

The washing machine was not fixed. It’s still having the same problems now I have to wait two more weeks for someone to come out and fix after I already waited two weeks to get it fixed in the first place. This is very disappointing because the technician assured me that it was fixed, and when I went to wash my first load, it was doing the exact same thing it was doing before.

I find it, disappointing and frustrating that I have tried reaching out to talk to a human being on several occasions and all I get is AI who gives me choices of things that are not relevant to why I need to talk to a human. I will not use your services again because of this.
