Very kind, hard working in the heat. What a sacrifice working in the heat all day. I was more worried about him getting heat exhaustion. He came at the end of the day where it was the hottest and he worked and worked until it was finished. I really appreciate him and they really are the unsung heroes when you have hot weather and no HVAC working. Thank you!

5 stars is for the technician. Michael was very knowledgeable and pleasant. As for the overall service. Not so good. Changed follow- up appointment 3 times with no explanation as to why.
