Dennis was great but unfortunately could not repair

Excellent customer service
Our tech, Bruce, was exceptional. Very professional, on time and neat. He was able to diagnose the problem, order the correct parts and very knowledgeable in doing the repair. Amazing follow up, too!

Could have done better by making it 1 day job
Hi, I got service through CHW and these guys are awesome. I just wished that service could be done within a single appointment as it was for air conditioner and temperatures were triple digits outside. For new or first time service places, appointments could be early so that the things would be done the same day. Technicians do not carry all parts necessary if there needs some repairs/replacement and these technicians will have to go like 25 miles away to get them and come back and fix them the same day. My appointment was around 4pm and they do not have time to fix the same day as they are off after 5pm.
