They came out and he said the problem was fixed but when I ran my washer I ran into the same problem. So now I have to wait 5 days to get em out here again…

I have had an extremely poor experience with Sears service through my home warranty company. The initial service appointment was on December 24, with an arrival window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; however, the technician did not arrive until 2:35 p.m. I was told the issue was caused by loose change under the washer plate, but after the technician left, the noise became even worse. A second technician came out on December 29 and immediately identified the problem after reviewing a video. He ordered the necessary parts and scheduled a follow-up appointment to install them. That installation appointment was set for January 10, but no one showed up. When I called Sears, I was told my claim was marked as completed and that I needed to contact my home warranty company, despite the fact that the repair was not finished. My home warranty confirmed the claim was still open and contacted Sears on my behalf. I then received a text confirming another appointment for January 14 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., requiring me once again to have someone wait at my home. The technician arrived after noon and was unaware of why he was there. I had to explain that parts had already been ordered and were on site waiting to be installed. After the repair, the washer still does not work. This experience involved missed appointments, poor communication, and multiple unsuccessful repair attempts. I would not recommend Sears service based on this experience

Not at all happy with the scheduling. I had a family emergency and had to have a friend come to let technician in. Unacceptable on how he kept pushing out the time.

Waited 3 weeks….they cancelled once becuz they didn’t have the right tool. Next time didn’t have the right parts so they beat the crap out of my washer for 2 hours (3 guys) and then said they didn’t know if it was fixed and we couldn’t test it for 48 hours cuz they have to use some glue and it needed to set. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a repairman and company.

So they canceled my appointment again. I've been trying to get my oven fixed for over a month now All they keep doing is canceling and rescheduling. You try to call a number you can't even get a human on the phone I have four kids I need my oven working. It's ridiculous that you reschedule somebody for a month !!! It's ridiculous that you can't call and get a human on the phone to actually help you !!!

I have been waiting months and finally when my appointment happens, my technician never showed up and then signed off the work order? **UPDATE**: So you respond to my issue with our service by giving me a phone number to call your customer service center to assist me. So I call your customer service center to request assistance, you schedule an appointment, don't show up and I have to call you to get it resolved?

This guy came and put in a part that didnt even fix the wash machine. When we asked him to stay to make sure the Wash machine worked he said no and left like he knew the machine wouldn't work. And good luck trying to reach anyone from Sears with them stupid AI machine that can't help with nothing. Horrible service.
