He never showed up and said he did. I’ve waited over a month and my dryer is still not fixed. Do not use this service very unreliable . I wouldn’t have given it a One star if I didn’t have too

Worst experiences ever! Refrigerator has been broken over a month. Diagnosed and part ordered, no show next appt, came out broke something else first problem not repaired and another part ordered, they canceled my appt and blamed me rescheduled, went to the wrong house appt no show appt rescheduled, I called this morning and confirmed today's appt but became worried as it got later and recording stated my appt needed to be rescheduled. I could overlook any one issue but there has been so many issues which only becomes compounded with the fact that you cannot get a live person on the phone. All of this and my refrigerator is still not working!! I'm so fed up.

Nicolas Received The Lowest Star Because Of His Rudeness, Lack Of His Knowledge Regarding The Issue Of Freezer Problems. Blamed Mngmnt For Scheduling Issues. Had Trouble With Putting Shelf & Panels Parts Back Into Freezer. I WOULD NEVER Want Him Back Again !!!!!

You had me waiting for nothing. You didnt come or call, message me, or email me I give u a big zero.i waited for 6 hours for nothing. I don't recommend sears to no one. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE!!!!
