The technician was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection. He provided a prompt estimate for repairs and answered questions in a helpful manner. We are very happy with our experience, even though the cost of repairs to our old stove ultimately wasn't worth pursuing. Sears has still got it when it comes to solid appliance support!
