Our technician Logan A was great, he was courteous and professional and completed the job quick, prior to this appointment, we had a bad experience with Mohammed Nasim Tech # 0809426, he was horrible, rude, and basically didn't want to do the job, the first time, he lied and said we weren't home, the second time he started telling us to do his job for him and then he cancelled 5 more appointments until finally they sent someone else to fix the washer - it took 6 weeks to fix the washer even the parts had arrived long ago.
