Austin was amazing. He came out and diagnosed my washing machine and ordered the parts. He was so nice and very knowledgeable that I requested him to do the installation of the new parts when they came in. I was able to schedule ahead and requested Austin. Amazing work the second visit as well. He installed the parts, tested the machine and cleaned up. If we need service or repairs in the future we will ask for Austin. This company gets a five Star rating as well as Astin. They keep you informed on the time frame to expect your tech. Two visits and two great experiences. Highly recommend.
