Claudio, the repairman, was polite, on time…worked efficiently and had my microwave repaired quickly. He also informed me about a plan with Sears to cover more of my appliances. Really appreciated his time and knowledge!

Very quick! Logan kindly gave me updates as him and Javier were completing the work. Ran the machine after they left and it feels like a whole new machine (no leaking, no walking, and no shaking)! Very thankful for them both!

First two times the guy didn't know what he was doing. He ordered parts it didn't need, and tried to tell me I need to put a carpet under it to make the load noise go away. The he forgot to plug in the sensor so it didn't work at all. This last guy had it apart and back together within twenty minutes. No parts needed .He knew what he was doing! It works perfectly. AAA thanks The five stars is for last guy NOT THE FIRST GUY TWO TIMES!
