Claudio was excellent—he quickly diagnosed the issue with my fridge’s convertible drawer, ordered the part, and came back to fix it with a fast turnaround despite delays in his schedule. He even caught that my shelf was upside down and fixed it on the spot! Professional, efficient, and very skilled. Highly recommend.

Claudio is an excellent service technician. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions with ease. We are very grateful that he was assigned to assist with our repair job! This service was paid by American Home Shield. I don't know what was charged. We paid $100 for the policy deductible.
