Austin did great job problem with this repair it took 2 full weeks to get it completed that is a problem Sears I advised my warranty company First American Home Warranty NOT to use Your company as repair vendor assigned to any future repair work on my contract BauT Austin he did great job thanks Austin.

Took a while to figure the problem , but the two technicians who came today were very professional, great, and fixed my micro/oven finally.

Our technician Justin repaired the oven with no problems. This was the second visit to install a new oven part because the last one broke while installing. He mentioned that if this happens again, we should look into requesting a new range. This even was the second replacement within 6 months; the appliance is just short of 6 yrs old and came installed with our home. We will hold that thought because I believe what he shared. Overall, he was great.
