Nice guy but just said he couldn’t do anything, didn’t take it apart just looked at it and said to replace, called someone else and they took it apart and fixed it

It took awhile to get this done (3 months) but all of the service people were good especially Claudio that finished the job.

My complaint is with Sears policy (or possibly the policy of my home warranty) and not with John, who was great. I knew something was not right when John said the problem with our washer was the water pump. The control panel was having issues for a while until it finally stopped working but he said they are only authorized to fix one issue at a time. If that issue doesn't resolve the problem they go on to the next issue. So, proceeding this way, we had to wait a week for the first part to come in. Then when he came by and replaced the water pump, of course it didn't resolve the issue and we had to wait another week for the control panel to come in. We did not have the use of our washer for almost a month. I'm afraid that this weird method of fixing things only benefits Sears (and my home warranty) and does not benefit the customer and just makes them wait longer.

i would give 5 starts but john was messy. didn't clean up the debris he made when stripping wires. but he was very nice and friendly and explained things well.
